Terms of Service

Jeetween is an online gaming and betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. To use Jeetween services, you must comply with the following terms:

• Deposit: You may only deposit funds in your own name. Deposits from other names or accounts are not acceptable and may be forfeited.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals can only be made to the same banking channel from which the deposit was made.

Gaming Terms and Responsibility

• Hacking another's account or violating privacy
• Exploiting software bugs or gaming system vulnerabilities
• Violating privacy policy or misusing customer terms

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the Jeetween website, app, and games is our intellectual property. You may use it only for personal entertainment. Copying, distributing, or republishing is strictly forbidden.

Limitation of Liability

Jeetween is not liable for the following under any circumstances:

• Unforeseen or indirect damages
• Losses arising from server or connection issues
• Issues related to third-party software or services
• Virus or malware infection on your device

Terms Changes and Updates

Jeetween reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be announced and players will be informed through this platform. New terms become effective after announcement.

Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If any dispute or claim arises, it must first be discussed with Jeetween Customer Support. If unresolved, the matter may be taken to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
